RSI (Remediation Specialists, Inc.) is an independent contracting company, specializing in Emergency /Disaster Response, Mitigation and Restoration services, Air Duct Cleaning, HVAC system hygiene, Mold Remediation, Fire & Water damage repair, Construction and Reconstruction projects - serving the tri-state (NY/NJ/PA) area since 1988.

Last year RSI successfully completed over 2000 Remediation, Mitigation, Restoration, Reconstruction and Air Duct Cleaning projects. Projects included: Government, School, Hospital, large and small Commercial and Residential buildings.

We have completed projects for Environmental Consultants, Insurance Adjusters, Mechanical Contractors, Facilities Managers, Homebuilders, Real Estate Professionals and Homeowners.

Recent Projects

RSI has been a constant presence at a major Hospital located in New York City, providing Emergency Response and Reconstruction services in several buildings in this multi-building complex. RSI’s technical crews continue to produce outstanding results, working under the most demanding containment conditions.

In January 2009, RSI received the call to provide emergency water response and reconstruction services in a 3-story, 15,000 sq. foot building space at a major military base in NJ. RSI’s responsiveness again demonstrates its ability to the most demanding of projects, large and small.

In October 2008, RSI completed work on a comprehensive HVAC hygiene and Air Duct cleaning project at a Fortune 500 corporate headquarters in Westchester County NY. This project was completed after standard work hours (weekends and evenings), under complete containment, over a 5-month period. Job well done: Workers were completely unaware that the project was ongoing, resulting in no employee complaints; nor any lost time due to conditions. Kudos to our technical crew once again!
